Amazing experience from the front desk to Mr. Brian in the back. I came in with a suspension issue… and they quickly found the issue, went to bat for me with finding out how the problem occurred and gave the most detailed inspection report with pictures and everything. We are so impressed with them as a whole. I have already sung their praises to multiple people, and we definitely plan to return for any vehicle needs we have in the future. Mr. Brian is so good at his job. He made the entire experience very understandable and took the time to explain everything to me and to talk me through the entire process. You guys have an amazing thing going! Thank you for everything!

My experience at first would have only netted 3.5-4 stars simply bc of how long it took to get communication and my vehicle back. HOWEVER, I learned there were situations beyond their control on everything but the initial lack of communication. Once that was cleared up everything was smooth sailing. They were very honest, kind and they cut us some major breaks in their pursuit of honesty and great customer service. One thing I can DEFINITELY say about their staff is that they are an amazing group of human beings. Everyone is so kind and caring and they always greet you with a smile. We had to take our vehicle back after getting the AC replaced which turned out to be something super simple and they worked us in free of charge. *My heart!* That was the moment I knew no matter what we will always come back to them and they were going to get a 5 star review from me. Places mess up sometimes. They get busy and forget bc they are HUMAN. However Future Auto definitely always makes up for it in the best way possible & takes accountability. They are a top notch business with wonderful employees. <3

I have been coming to this auto repair shop for years now but I have to say they have really stepped up their game! I had a great experience with first class service and fair prices. Landon my advisor was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process of my repairs. It’s nice to see that a business still has outstanding customer service and cares about their customers. The front desk was extremely helpful And nice and made the whole process very easy with her follow up!

Was having braking issues while hauling horses on the way to West Monroe from Central Oklahoma. A friend referred us to these amazing people. I called ahead and talked with Steph who told us to head there and they would take care of us. Mind you we had 2 trucks and two trailers. Brian met us in the parking lot had to move some things around so we could fit in the parking lot. Kourtlynn came out and checked everything over, drove the truck and trailer. He got us figured out and back on the road. Everyone was so friendly and we appreciate yall so much for getting us going again.

*Update At Bottom* Typically I do not leave reviews (good or bad) but I figured this one was needed. To start I am Active duty and have been working on my project car for 3 years while stationed here. I brought my project car to this shop to get the AC comp replaced and a transmission issue diagnosed and possibly fixed. The front staff were very helpful and attentive. It turned out that the shop didn’t work on modified vehicles which if fine (I should have called ahead of time to check). They did agree to evacuate my refrigerant so that I could just replace the AC Comp myself. When I went to load it on to the car hauler. It started smoking, intuitively I turned it off opened the hood and smelled for the issue. After about 3 inhales I realized I was breathing in refrigerant that was burning on my headers. There was refrigerant all over my engine bay, even on the passenger side. The cap to the line they evacuated from was not even put back on, it was just sitting there in the engine bay. I paid roughly $260 for refrigerant to be sprayed all over. I figured I’d be a nice guy and not evacuate Freon into the atmosphere but it seems like whatever mechanic that preformed the service d
